Soothe your nervous system, ground your energy and center your entire being. The lineage of my energy work is reiki, however it has a flavour all its own. You will receive an email after booking with all the details on how to prepare. Discover guidance, relax your system and regain your footing.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule; “No-shows” will be charged 100% of session scheduled. By booking with Back to Nature Coaching, you agree to our practices and terms.
